It is useful to see a graphical picture of your medical history on a single page, correlating time to PSA and other test and treatment data. With MedSmartChart, you have control over your personal medical information. MedSmartChart is also useful for your physician. With your permission, your physician can log in with your password and access your chart whether he is in his office or in the Emergency Room.
After registration and activation of your account, you will enter your information using drop down menus. With a click on 'View Graph', you will be able to receive your one page Medical Smart Chart display instantly. Also, when you click on 'View and Print Data Reports', you will generate two reports, a chronological report and a comprehensive table. This can be repeated on an ongoing basis. You will have the ability to edit and change your records instantly. You will be able to print or download your MedSmartChart. You can even receive email reminders to update your MedSmartChart at intervals that you can specify.
