The Coach to Player Internet mailing list, "C2P", is designed to provide an opportunity for prostate cancer patients and loved ones to ask questions and obtain answers from medical professionals, including Dr. Barken. It is not intended to replace medical consultations with your own doctor or other doctors. The doctors here will not normally review your detailed medical history, but will answer general questions you may have about treatments, trials, medications, tests, and the latest research. You do not need to provide all your medical details, but indicate your situation in a broad context.

Dr. Barken will answer your questions on the list, and when it is useful, will obtain comments from other doctors in various specialties.

While Dr. Barken will address the specific issues you raise concerning your case, he is not able to review your case in full detail on C2P and cannot undertake to be your physician or provide individual medical advice or treatment.
