MultiGraphs can be simple or complicated. Click on

Sometimes it is useful to see a graphical picture of
your medical history, correlating in time the history
of your PSA and other data with your tests and treatments.
The medical information is on one-page summary of PSA and any other numerical data you may have, other test results, and treatment starts and stops.
There are two ways of getting your Medical History Graph:
1. Medigraph - Enter your data online by clicking here.You will be able to enter your information using drop down menus. With a click of an icon, you will be able to get your one page MediGraph instantly. This can be repeated on an ongoing basis. You will have the ability to edit and change your own record.
